Here's an idea of exactly how much space is available on the Adelante. This was the 7:44 from Chippenham to Bristol Temple Meads. Interestingly, no-one was surprised about someone taking photos of the overcrowding.
So, Third Rate Western, are you really telling us that there's space available for passengers from Keynsham when this is the situation 2 stops earlier?

I know this does not help but the use of a 180 5 coach train is only temporary. They should have been taken out of service by now as all the HST's are refurbished.
However this is running about 2 months late and some trains are still being refurbished.
All the 180's / adelantes should be gone in the next 6 - 8 weeks when you should nave an HST for this train.
I kinda hate to say this but I cannot see any over crowding in the photo...only a few people hanging around in the vestibule area -- perhaps waiting for the toilet or boarding/leaving the train at a station.
