The 18:00 from Bristol to London. Seems like a good candidate for being really busy, doesn't it? Lots of commuters, lots of extra people from Weston Super Mare.
So if ran a train company and you had a train with one coach missing, you'd use it at a nice quiet time, like the 14:00 from Bristol, or the 11:00 from London, wouldn't you? Unless, of course, you'd been on the Third Rate Western special idiot management training course and qualified with merit.
But all is not lost. Telling us that you "regret" that there's a coach missing makes it all better, doesn't it? No, not really.

I note you seem to expect trains to magically appear from mid air to replace the train that is missing Coach D. It simply does not work like that. In reality they would have to get a train out from the depot (where they probably don't have any spares left anyway, especially during rush hour), find a spare driver to drive it to Bristol and then get this spare driver who is probably by now running late to drive a timetabled passenger train somewhere else to allow another driver to take over from him and drive it to London. And the missing coach is likely being refurbished as part of the 'Refresh' programme to provide more seats for you to use....yet you complain about it!
